Each thematic seminar was aimed at gathering suggestions related to the themes our programme is going to focus during the next programming period. European Cooperation Day 2020

This year, in connection to the European Cooperation Day we are organising a lottery!

This year, to celebrate 30 years of cross-border cooperation, we are walking along some of the nature trail/destinations, our projects have developed. Our national Contact Points are leading the way on some of the paths. Based on the different COVID_19 restrictions in different countries, not in all cases it is possible to walk alongside them.

The planning for the upcoming programme for 2021 - 2027 and its focus areas is ongoing at full speed, and the thematic structure is starting to take shape.

This autumn the programme is organising thematic seminars in each programme member state. By participating you and your organisation have the possibility to contribute to the programme content and to discuss potential project ideas together with other interested organisations in your country.

Due to the unusual circumstances caused by the coronavirus, we had to shift the Project Implementation Seminar from spring to autumn. We have now set the dates and also the concept is being fine-tuned to fit the online environment. The event is still held on two days (day 1 9:30-13:00, day 2 9:30-12:00) on 16-17 September but instead of a physical venue, we will meet in Zoom.

Reduced services during July

In July, most of our staff is on holiday. This means that we have reduced services at the Secretariat. Unless new information becomes available, we return in August (first and second week) to our Turku office and resume normal operation.
