Southern Finland - Estonia sub-programme

The Southern-Finland – Estonia sub-programme covers all programme regions from Estonia and Finland (excluding Åland). Any bilateral cooperation project with Finnish and Estonian partners is to apply for funding from this sub-programme. The only exception is that in cases where the project focuses on islands and archipelago issues/development the project application must be submitted to the Archipelago and Islands sub-programme.
