Managing Authority
Managing Authority is the body responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the programme in accordance with the Programme Document and the relevant EU Regulations. The Managing Authority is also responsible for establishing the implementation systems, structures and procedures of the programme and to monitor the implementation of the programme and projects.
