Central Baltic sub-programme

The Central Baltic sub-programme supports projects with partners from at least two of the Member States (including Åland) bringing added value to the whole Central Baltic region. Bilateral co-operation between Finland and Estonia is, however, excluded from the Central Baltic sub-programme and is always funded from the Southern Finland – Estonia sub-programme.
