Specific Objective 3.1

Improved transport flows of people and goods

This specific objective aims to identify and target the challenges related to integration of different transport modes so as to reduce time in transportation of both passengers and cargo, and at the same time reducing the CO2 emissions. The objective is also to identify and target the challenges related to the improvement of the transport corridors within the Central Baltic region in north–south and east–west directions.
