Project Implementation Seminar - Save the date (16-17.9.)

Due to the unusual circumstances caused by the coronavirus, we had to shift the Project Implementation Seminar from spring to autumn. We have now set the dates and also the concept is being fine-tuned to fit the online environment. The event is still held on two days (day 1 9:30-13:00, day 2 9:30-12:00) on 16-17 September but instead of a physical venue, we will meet in Zoom.
During the event, we discuss implementing a Central Baltic project from a practical point-of-view. Topics covered are internal communication, eligibility of costs, reporting, project modification, project closure and communicating results.
