Harmonising implementation in 2021-2027

HIT or Harmonised Implementation Tools help Interreg programmes manage, improve and streamline their overall operation. In practise, HIT consists of best-practices, forms and templates. It was first introduced for the current programming period and will be carried over into the new one. Right now, the focus is on publishing an updated Application Form for potential beneficiaries.

Hashtag CB day in Life

One of the lessons we have learned from the COVID19 crisis, is that we can be together apart.
Last Friday 5 June was proof of that. Central Baltic projects and programmes colleagues all located in different places, they have met on Twitter under a common hashtag, #CBinmylife.
From tweets about morning coffee breaks to insights into daily work-related tasks, a big thank you to everyone who has participated in the campaign. Sharing our day with you and reading about your day unfolded made us feel that we might be apart, but we are a community!

Programme manual updates

Supporting you, our projects, in your project implementation is very important to us. Because a smooth project implementation, starts with an up-to-date Programme Manual, we have just published version 3.2 of the Programme Manual. This version includes:
- Explenations about the euro conversion,
- A Frequently Asked Questions
- The fixed link about public procurement
The Monitoring Committee met on 29 April

The Central Baltic programme's Monitoring Committee, consisting of Member State representatives, met on 29 April 2020. The meeting was held online for the first time. In addition to meeting each other virtually, the online meeting also re-defined the concept of a 'group photo' (see picture).
In the meeting, our Head of Managing Authority, Merike Niitepõld gave an update about programme developments, presented the Annual Implementation Report and provided information regarding the continuation of the national Contact Points network.
