The Programme Manual for the project applicants and implementers of the Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 is published.

Also the questions that will be in the electronic Application Form in the new eMonitoring System are provided for the applicants to continue the application preparations. Additional to these documents there will be a "Guide for filling in the Application Form" that will be published before the first call and the eMonitoring System open on 18 December.

The first call for the project applications to the Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 will open on 18 December 2014 and close on 9 February 2015.

The second call will be open on 24 August and close on 23 October 2015.
