The green bar is here. At the top of the page. Yes, just look up. The green bar, or top menu as we are calling it, was added during autumn when the webpage experienced small cosmetic updates. The aim of the new menu is to display content regarding current topics. At the moment, information concentrates around the upcoming third call, its timetable, possible projects and so on. This week we gather around the Central Baltic Programme region to celebrate the European Cooperation Day -- a day that highlights the achievements of territorial cooperation. During the week, events arranged by our national Contact Points take place in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and on Åland.
