The Central Baltic Programme received, in its first call, 41 small project applications and 136 regular project applications.
The applications have been assessed and the first funding decisions are taken by the programme Steering Committee consisting of Member State representatives.

First funding decisions to be expected next week

The programme's first Steering Committee (SC) meeting will be held next week, on 13-14 April, in Tallinn. The SC will decide which first call small project applications are to be funded. The SC will also select the first call regular project applications to continue to the second step application phase.

The first call for applications is open

The first call for project applications is now open. The Central Baltic Programme welcomes project applications via its eMonitoringSystem (eMS) until 9 February, 2015. All applications are to be submitted electronically to the system by 23:59 (Finnish time, CET +1) on the closing date of the call. It is strongly recommended not to leave the submission to the last moments of the call.

Call open for Finnish national co-financing for Finnish partners in small projects

The Finnish project partners planning to apply for funding for a small project funding during the first call of the Central Baltic Programme can now apply for the Finnish national co-financing from the Regional Council of Southwest Finland.
The Regional Council coordinates the application process. The Central Baltic Programme staff is not involved in the process.

Call dates published for the first and second call

The first call for the project applications to the Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020 will open on 18 December 2014 and close on 9 February 2015.
The second call will be open on 24 August and close on 23 October 2015.
