The Regional Council of Southwest Finland is recruiting a project coordinator and a communication officer to the Joint Secretariat of the Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020.
Both positions are located in Turku, Finland, and will make part of a dynamic and international team.
Project coordinator

The main tasks will consist of:
- Programme administration related to project implementation (consultation of project ideas, assessment of project applications, monitoring of project implementation)
- Support to and communication with applicants and projects (as described above)
- Following up the implementation of projects and reporting on this
- Communicating and sharing information with stakeholders
- Contributing to the preparation of necessary documents and materials for the Managing Authority, Member States and other stakeholders
Communication officer
Employment 1.2.2016-31.12.2017
The main tasks will consist of:
- Implementation of the programme Communication strategy (in cooperation with the programme Communication Manager, Contact Point staff and other staff)
- Planning and drafting information and communication materials for the programme
- Arranging information and communication events for the programme
- Supporting projects in their communication activities
- Preparation of necessary documents and materials for the Managing Authority, Member States and other stakeholders
