Impact evaluation: public procurement

The Central Baltic programme has launched a public procurement to find an evaluator for impact evaluation.
The overall goal the evaluation is to assess, how the Central Baltic programme’s funding contributed to the objectives of each programme priority. For each priority, the evaluation should answer if the objectives of the priority were achieved through the projects and to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Programme’s selected Specific Objectives and communication efforts in reaching the wanted impact.
