Video about the new programme for public hearing

Wednesday, March 3, 2021 - 09:08
As you know, we are drafting the new programme and in the middle of public hearing to make a programme that will work for the regions and matches the region’s needs. We have held national webinars in Finland, Sweden, Åland and Estonia for everyone to be able to learn and share their input. The next webinar will take place in Latvia on 17 March, 2021 and everyone is welcome to participate - you can find the registration link below.

However, if you are not able to attend a public hearing webinar, you can still get an overview of what is covered in these events by watching video recording and sharing your input via the feedback questionnaire.

In this 30-minute video, Merike Niitepõld is telling how the new Central Baltic Programme 2021-2027 programme is to look like, what the Strategic Environmental Assessment is about and is sharing an indicative schedule for the future.

Share your feedback

Your feedback is very valuable to us in developing the new programme. You can share your input by filling in the
online questionnaire. The public hearing process takes 30 days, and because national webinar in Latvia will take place on 17 March, the questionnaire is open until 9 April. However, we would kindly ask to send your replies as soon as possible. The feedback will be passed on to the Joint Programming Committee and the programme will be finalized based on this.
