Our projects have applied for Regiostars!
Wednesday, May 12, 2021 - 12:00
Every year, the European Commission awards those EU-funded projects, which demonstrate excellence and new approaches in regional development.
We at the Central Baltic Programme are thrilled to have endorsed two of our projects to the Regiostars Awards competition!
Nominated projects will now be evaluated by a jury chaired by Michel Barnier and finalists will be announced in early September. Finalists will be invited to present their projects during the #EURegionsWeek from 11 to 14 October. Winners will be unveiled during the Awards Ceremony, that this year will be held on 2 December in Dubrovnik. In addition to five official categories, the public will decide on its own winner among the finalists through a public on-line vote and award the Public choice award to one of the projects.
Wish our projects luck and keep an eye on the Regiostars website to vote for them in the public vote!
Regiostars are awarded every year since 2003 by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy.
