Open vacancy for a Communication specialist

The Central Baltic Programme is looking for a colleague to work as Communication specialist during a maternity leave. The vacancy will be filled as soon as possible and until 31.12.2021.
The main tasks will consist of:
- Implementation of the programme Communication strategy (in cooperation with the programme national Contact Point staff and other staff)
- Drafting information and communication materials for the programme and maintaining the Social media channels
- Arranging information and communication events for the programme
- Supporting projects in their communication activities
- Preparation of necessary documents and materials for the Managing Authority, Member States and other stakeholders
- Experience of information and communication work
- Good team working skills
- Good personal communication skills (written and spoken communication as well as direct communication with stakeholders)
- Proven skills in communication activities
- Experience managing and updating websites
- Experience managing Online Communities
- Experience working with Desktop Publishing Softwares
- Experience working with external providers (IT/Graphic Design)
- Good time-management (the ability to prioritise, ability to keep deadlines)
- Very good written and spoken English and good command of at least one official language of the participating countries
- Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing and Communication, or other degrees in combination with professional experience and skills that match the requirements
- Experience of international cooperation or working in projects
- Experience working with CSV files and statistics
- Social Media Advertisement
- Familiarity with Drupal
- Video editing skills
- Experience organising international events
