Information for the 1st call applicants about next steps

The applicants are eagerly waiting for more information on their submitted project applications and the next steps. Currently, the Steering Committee decisions are being finalised by the approval process of the meeting minutes. The next steps for the applicants are the following.

Approved small projects
  • JS has assigned a Contact person for each project.
  • JS Contact persons are in process of informing the projects of their approval under conditions and how the process of fulfilling the conditions proceeds.
  • Once the given conditions are fulfilled the Subsidy Contract is signed between the Managing Authority and the Lead Partner.
 
Approved regular projects
  • The eMS is open for 2nd step applications and the projects can work further with their application.
  • JS has assigned a Contact person for each project.
  • JS Contact persons are in process of informing the projects of preliminary findings (based on the SC meeting and assessment reports) and the next steps.
  • JS Contact person will inform the projects of the approved SC minutes once they become final.
  • Deadline to submit final application in eMS is 12 June, 2015.
 
Rejected projects
  • Once the SC minutes have been approved, the Managing Authority sends a protocol note from the SC meeting with reasons for rejection. This is foreseen to take 3-4 weeks.
