Important information for eMS users filling in applications

The noted slowness of the eMS is caused by too many PDFs being generated in the system. The users now finalising their applications in the system are asked to wait while a pdf is being generated (after clicking on “Save as PDF file”). This may take up to 10 minutes, after which the generaged PDF can be found under “Generated files”. Each click on the “Save as PDF file” starts a new generation of a large file causing the system to slow down as the number of users in the system is currently high.
