Help to further reduce the administrative burden in Cohesion Policy

Monday, August 9, 2021 - 11:56
After very relaxing summer holidays, we are back in the office and pleased to invite you to take part in this survey, which is part of the ongoing evaluation ‘Evaluation of e-Cohesion 2014-2020’, commissioned by the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) of the European Commission.

Electronic exchange of information between beneficiaries and programme authorities is one of the measures in simplifying the implementation of the Cohesion Policy. Having the objectives of simplification and reduction of administrative burden in mind, the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) of the European Commission launched the evaluation of e-Cohesion 2014-2020. This evaluation aims to explore how electronic data exchange systems (e-Cohesion systems) are used in the member states and how user friendly and effective these systems are.

As part of the ongoing evaluation, DG REGIO invites you to participate in the survey and provide your opinion about the functioning of these systems. The results of this survey will identify strengths and weaknesses of electronic data exchange systems (e-Cohesion systems) across the EU and inform policy development for the 2021-2027 programming period. Therefore, your contribution is very important as it is the only source to obtain such information. The European Commission will only have access to the aggregated survey results.

If you are a beneficiary from the EU member state who benefited from ERDF or Cohesion Fund support during 2014-2020 programming period, please follow this link to the survey of beneficiaries:
