The 4th call just opened today in in the electronic Monitoring System (eMS) and already 11 applications have been started!
4th call applications are filled in in the electronic Monitoring System (eMS) between 15.10.2018 -16.11.2018 at 15:00 (Finnish time, EET) on the closing date of the call. Please take the possible time difference into consideration when filling in the application form.
Because the last days and hours before the deadline are the busiest, in order to avoid any issues or to receive swift answers in case an issue occurs, we strongly engourage you to get the application submitted hours or days in advance.
