What
The Lead Partner and Communication seminar will give participants basic information on the role, tasks and responsibilities of the lead partner of a Central Baltic project. During the seminar, Lead Partners will learn more about managing an international project and partnership, as well as about project reporting, financial rules and eligibility of costs. Topics related to project communication such as eligibility rules and requirements, the use of social media and the communication support available from the programme will also be covered.
The event consists of three parts: The Lead Partner seminar will take place in the morning and the communication seminar will take place in the afternoon. Parallel to the communication seminar, a workshop on the eligibility of cost is organised. The event will start on the evening of April 4 with a get-together and will end on the afternoon of April 5.

For Whom?
The target group of the seminar are the Lead Partner organisations of starting projects (Project Managers, Financial Managers, Communication Managers). A maximum of three representatives per project may participate to the event. Register to the event >> HERE <<
The LP seminar is open to 3rd call projects, whilst the communication part of the seminar is opened also for 1st and 2nd call projects.
