On this seminar diving sites and possibilities in Estonia, Finland and Sweden will be presented. We will also introduce other projects in Estonia that deal with underwater cultural heritage.
In addition there is a lottery, the winners get to participate on test dives and to review the tourist-attraction-shipwrecks that are being developed in the course of the Baltacar project.
