The seminar is targeted to the 3rd Call projects who are in the beginning phase of their project implementation or project partners who wish to get more information and guidance about the project implementation process. The agenda for the seminar is available here.
Where and when
The project implementation seminar is arranged in Tallinn on 20 September and in Stockholm on 27 September. Both seminars have the same content.
Topics
The aim of the seminar is to offer you support in project implementation. During the one day event, the following topics are covered:
- Project implementation
- Reporting in eMS
- Eligibility of costs
- Project modifications
- Project communication.
Many topics involve practical exercises that reflect real-life scenarios you may encounter during project implementation.
Presentations
All the slides, excercises and answers presented during the seminar are available here
Registration
The number of available places is limited. Therefore, each project can register up to 4 participants. Registration is preferably done through the lead partner, who will enter the details for all 4 participants. As a lead partner, please coordinate that the partners who most need the information and guidance can participate in the seminar. Please note that the seminar is similar to those organised in spring 2017 and some of the project partners may have participated in the event already.
Deadline for the registration is 6.09.2018.
Link to registration
In the registration form you are requested to indicate which venue you prefer. To achieve an even distribution for both cities, participants may be shifted from one seminar to the other. Places are divided on a first-come-first-served basis.
