Event concept

As a part of the first call for project applications the Joint Secretariat organises four Project development seminars in the programme area. Each project may participate in one of the seminars (see more under registration).

The dates and places of the seminars are:
  • 18.12.2014 Tallinn and Stockholm
  • 13.1.2015 Helsinki and Riga (venue: Latvian Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development)

The aim of the events

Project development seminars are targeted towards the partnerships that are in an advanced planning phase of their projects and will submit their application for the first call. The Project development seminars are working seminars focused on the application process practicalities, for example on how to fill in the Application form.

Target group

Main target group of the project development seminars are organisations that will assume the role of the Lead Applicant and/or will be responsible for the actual filling in of the Application form.

Registration

Each project partnership may register a maximum of two representatives to one of the seminars. The same project partnership can not participate to more than one of the four seminars organized in December-January.

The number of places in each seminar is limited to 100. The places are reserved in the order of registration. The registration will close 10 December 2014 or when the event is fully booked.
