Organisations from Sweden, Åland and Finland are invited to "pitch" ideas (three minutes per idea), find project partners and ask questions about the application process directly to representatives from the program's head office. We will discuss how it is possible to find partners, produce a reasonable budget and other things that can be difficult to know. On-site are experienced project managers who will tell you about the process from idea to application and execution of a Central Baltic project. We have invited Mats Örblom from the project Seastop and Magnus Kviele/Jenny Hultgren from the INSURE project. We start at 12:30 Swedish time. Welcome!
