The seminar is targeted to the new 4th call projects and the projects with new project management personnel.
The seminar is aimed at the Project Managers, Financial Managers and Communication Managers from the Lead Partner. If another project partner is responsible for project communication, please distribute information about this event accordingly. A maximum of three representatives per project may participate to the event.

What
Lead Partner and Communication seminar will give participants basic information on the role, tasks and responsibilities of the lead partner of a Central Baltic project. During the seminar, lead partners will learn more about managing an international project and partnership, as well as about project reporting, financial rules and eligibility of costs.
The seminar also underlines the importance of project communication. Basic Regulation-derived requirements are discussed and some key aspects for ensuring the creation of a well-functioning internal and external communication in project implementation are shown.
Registration
The target group of the seminar are the Lead Partner organisations of starting projects (Project Managers, Financial Managers, Communication Managers).
