ECDay 2020: St Olav Waterway #1200kmChallenge - help us reach Trondheim in one day!

This year we celebrate European Cooperation Day 2020 by walking "Together" in our Central Baltic regions.

In Southwest of Finland, on Åland and in Sweden some of us will walk along St Olav Waterway.

James Simpson, former project manager of St Olav Waterway, has gives us a challenge: Can we reach Trondheim in one day? It is 1200 km from Turku Cathedral to Trondheim, Nidaros dome.
Due to Covid-19, our St. Olav Waterway 1day #1200kmChallenge walkers can participate in their own region with family and friends and record their km online.

On the Åland Islands, there are two arranged walks.
One walk is 20.9.2020 on Sottunga - the smallest municipality in Finland.

The other walk is on Kökar 26.9, another island, where the route of St Olav Waterway goes.
