Description of the project idea: 
The goal is to identify the existing urban planning practices for the provision of sandboxes for testing new smart city technologies and to compile information about related complexities, for instance: geographical and societal impact and limitations of technology-related sandboxes, as well as specific regulations and daily challenges in the management of these territories. Cross-border cooperation will enable partnering cities to exchange experience, learn about the existing best practices and solutions, as well as contribute to the development of the overall framework for sandboxes
