The Programme Manual has just been updated to clarify the terminology for project closure.

The version number 3.2 has been replaced by the newly updated 3.3. The version updates are described on the last page of the Programme Manual (updated 2.2021).

The latest version of the Programme Manual replaces all the previous versions.

The Guide for Project Implementation has just been updated.

The updated Guide provides more information about the Project Modification procedure as well as information related to GDPR.

All changes are listed in Annex 10 of the Guide.

The Staff cost tool has just been updated. Version 1.1 is now availabe here. The Tool now uses comma instead of dot in numbers. This change enables the copy-pasting of the staff cost from the tool to eMS. The underlying calculations have not been changed.

Always remember to use the latest version for reporting!

Staff costs tool

Reporting staff costs correctly is important both from the partner point of view as well as from the Programme point of view. To facilitate the reporting of staff costs for persons working for the project part time with a flexible number of hours, the programme has developed a Staff Cost Tool. The first version of the tool was published in June 2017. The latest version was just updated.

Programme Manual updated to 2.4

We noticed that the just published Programme Manual had yet one irregularity. Thus, we slightly revised wording (no content change) reagarding groceries for internal project meetings on page 83. The version number is now 2.4 and this version replaces all previous versions of the Programme Manual.
