The Programme document defines in detail the structure and functions of the Central Baltic Programme 2014-2020. The document has been adopted by the European Commission in December 2014.

About the latest version: The programme document has been updated with small changes to output indicator target values and priority budgets, as well as to correct previous typing mistakes.

Report on the Programme Ex Ante Evaluation and Strategic Environmental Assessment

The report is one of the outcomes of the strategic environmental assessment (SEA) process and the SEA itself is a part of the ex-ante evaluation of the programme development. The report was published in February 2014.
